Please observe and respect our designated time slots to drop off or pick up your pet.
For safety & security reasons it is essential that you retain your pet on a leash while on our property.
Please bring vaccination updates (if due) as well as changes to emergency contact information.
Please remember to notify us of changes to your pets diet, health, behaviour or other special care needs.

Weekdays:

8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (earlier by appt ONLY)
Noon to 1:00 PM

Weekends & Holidays

9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Noon to 1:00 PM

There is no 4:00 to 6:00 arrival option

PLEASE - Do Not Arrive Late!

Instead, you must arrive at the next available time slot (as specified above and on our biz card). Plus we need to be advised. If we don't answer your call then please leave us a specific message. Why so strict? We must minimize disruptions to our dog care schedule: feeding, trips to the park, naps, bio-breaks, and so forth - that way we can focus our time on caring for our campers. Observing our check in and check out time slots makes that possible for campers receive the attention they deserve, while on their own vacation.
