We require a visit by you and your dog(s) in advance of any first stay. In addition to the registration application and revieiwing vet records we will take the time to assess your dog's temperament and behaviour to ensure it is suitable to socializing and playing non-aggresively with our other canine campers. And we offer a full tour of our facility so you can see how we take care of our guests. This visit also allows us to become familiar with one another which greatly helps your pet adjust more quickly when they come for their first stay.
Please bring your complete and current veterinarian records.

Please Note:
A 50% confirmation deposit is required for bookings of 5 days or more
A minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation is required for non-peak dates. And 14 days notice is required for peak dates (see rates page). Cancellations made after these notice periods will result in loss of deposit.
With few exceptions, we do not accept guest drop offs during the 4- 6 PM pick-up window. This is because fresh guests need playtime in the park so that they tire themselves which greatly helps them settle on their first night's stay.
Rural internet service can be unreliable. Therefore call us if you do not receive a reply to your email within your level of urgency.
