Dogs are happiest and most content when their day is highly active with canine companions and amongst human care. And that is how dogs live while staying here at Camp Canine... walking, running, playing, fetching balls, eating, socializing and resting together... as a pack.

This complete experience helps stabilize a dogs  emotional energy and mental state because their primary needs are fully met. And that stable emotional energy combined with physical exhaustion from all the activity allows them to settle into a calm, passive state. Combine our own calm, assertive supervision and therein lies the magic of the Camp Canine culture, where the majority of time our guests are content, calm and a true delight to have around.

We invest the time up front to establish a proper relationship with each dog, which pays dividends for the duration of their stay and return visits. As a result, we notice guests typically settle in and quickly overcome any timidness and separation anxiety they may have. We have had many clients mention that they recognize notable improvements in their pets' health, disposition, being more calm, responsive and having greater social behaviour after a stay with us - which is a reflection of my mission.
