Because we have our guests on a schedule it's important that you do your best to arrive at the designated time. A courtesy call to let us know you will be late is very appreciated
The tour and information sharing session averages 45 min. to an hour.
Please bring your dog's current vaccincation records and medical information.
When you arrive... if there's vacancy please pull into the upper parking zone. Please wait in your car for someone to come greet you. If no one comes to greet you within a few minutes then please leave your dog in the vehicle and ring the office door bell . Please do not enter the office without us greeting you at the door!
If you know your dog needs a bio break please walk your dog between the two parking zones before entering the office.
If we are busy with another client, we will instruct you accordingly.
Please keep your dog on a leash during arrival and departure proceedings.
